PPC Agency for Dubai and the UAE

We run pay-per-click campaigns for businesses selling into Dubai and the wider UAE. Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, managed by the people who actually build the accounts.

What makes advertising here different

The UAE is not a market you can run on a template built for somewhere else.

Auction prices rise faster than budgets

Dubai is a dense, competitive advertising market where several well-funded agencies bid on the same commercial terms. Without a sharper angle than your competitors, higher budgets simply buy the same clicks at a worse price.

English and Arabic behave differently

Search behaviour, ad copy and landing pages are not interchangeable between languages, and running one as a translation of the other usually underperforms both. They deserve separate treatment in the account structure.

A transient, international audience

Expatriate turnover means the audience you targeted last year is partly a different audience now. Campaigns that are not refreshed against who is actually in-market drift away from their best-performing segments.

Attribution across long consideration cycles

High-value UAE purchases frequently involve WhatsApp, a phone call or an in-person meeting, none of which land in the ad platform by default. Without closing that loop you optimise toward the leads you can see rather than the revenue you actually earn.

Why work with us instead of a local agency

We are deliberately small, and that is the point rather than a limitation.

The people who build it are the people you talk to

Most Dubai agencies sell you a senior pitch and staff the account with juniors. We are deliberately small. The person who diagnoses your account is the person who runs it, and there is no layer in between.

We find the constraint before we sell you the fix

More traffic is not always the answer. Sometimes the ads are fine and the landing page is losing the sale, or the leads arrive and nobody follows them up. We work out what is actually limiting growth first, which occasionally means telling you not to spend more on ads.

Priced on the improvement, not the retainer

Our commercial model ties what we earn to the result we produce, where attribution and control make that rational. If we do not move the number, that shows up in what we charge.

Built for businesses selling across borders

A lot of UAE advertising targets several markets and languages at once, often from one account. Structuring campaigns so the UAE, the wider Gulf and international demand do not cannibalise each other is routine work for us.

Where we start

Before anyone talks about budget, we work out what is actually holding growth back.

Most accounts we are handed have one binding constraint, and it is frequently not the thing the business came to us about. Sometimes the campaigns are competent and the landing page is losing the sale. Sometimes the leads arrive in good volume and nothing happens to them for three days. Sometimes the tracking is wrong and everyone has been optimising toward a number that was never real.

So we audit before we prescribe. You get a plain account review that tells you where the money is going, what is working, and which single change would make the largest difference. If that change is not more ad spend, we will tell you that.

It costs nothing and it is genuinely useful whether or not you go on to work with us.

PPC in Dubai: the questions we get asked

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We are a boutique team working with clients internationally, and we run UAE campaigns remotely. If having an agency you can sit across a table from in DIFC matters to you, a local firm is the better fit and we will say so on the first call. What we offer instead is a senior team on your account rather than a local office staffed by juniors.

The common models are a flat monthly retainer, a percentage of ad spend, usually somewhere between 10 and 20 percent, or a hybrid. We work differently: our fee is tied to the improvement we make, where attribution and control make that measurable. The reason is straightforward. A percentage of spend rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is not the same as making you more.

It depends entirely on what you sell and to whom, which is why we diagnose before recommending. As a general pattern, Google Search captures existing demand, Meta and TikTok create it, and LinkedIn is where B2B and higher-value professional services tend to justify their cost per lead. Most accounts we take over are over-invested in one of these and have never seriously tested another.

Yes, and we usually prefer to. An existing account carries conversion history and learning that a new one throws away, so rebuilding from scratch is rarely the right first move. We start by auditing what is there, which also tells us whether the problem is the account at all.

Structural fixes to a mismanaged account can show inside a few weeks, because they are usually a matter of stopping waste rather than creating demand. Genuine growth takes longer, typically a quarter, because it depends on testing enough variations to find what works and then scaling it. Anyone promising transformation in a fortnight is selling the first kind of result and calling it the second.

We build and manage campaigns in English, and we work with native Arabic specialists for Arabic copy and keyword research rather than pretending to that expertise in house. Assembling the right specialists per engagement is how the team works generally, not something specific to language.
