1. Agreement to these terms

By using the website at characterstrategy.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Site is operated by Grow Trades LLC, doing business as Character Strategy (“we”, “us” or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

Character Strategy helps founders of startups and small businesses find the opportunity that matters most and turn it into marketing their customers respond to. This Site provides information about that work and a way to get in touch.

The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, and nothing on it is advice to act on in your own business. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Grow Trades LLC.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with, compromise or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems such as bots or scrapers to access the Site without our prior written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity when submitting information through the Site
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our enquiry form

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, data and software, is the property of Grow Trades LLC or its content suppliers, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any of it without our express written consent.

Results vary with industry, competition, budget, the quality of the offer, the website experience and market conditions, among other things. We make no guarantee or warranty about outcomes for any prospective client.

When you submit the enquiry form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, a contractual obligation or any guarantee of service. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
